2021 was also a much different year. 2022 & 2023 had the same amount of shows whereas 2021 had much less; only shows from the 2nd half of the year due to the pandemic, and both companies benefitted from the return to the road at the time.

2024-01-04 12:30:32 +0000 UTC6268 for 2021 (referenced from your post on 12/30/21), so this was a 19% decrease compared to 2021. 2022 compared to 2021 was 15%, but 2023 compared to 2022 was only 5%, which IMO is a positive sign because it signifies that they've hit their floor and probably won't fall much further.
