Her gooey 'hair' is the true body, whilst the humanoid form is the thing that she occupies. She's able to put more or less of that central mass inside of it, which makes her overall shape very flexible! She can't change her skeletal structure on the fly, but she can adjust which portions hold more of that squishy softness.
Also some dong variants, since that's a goo construct she can fully customize.
