Klay hasn't proven he is more valuable than Draymond, at least according to advanced statistics. Both his offense and defense rating are much worse than the other big 3. Sometimes I wonder if team is much better just focusing on two primary scorers and backing it up with some additional shooters like Ariza. Imo Klay's main value is his on ball defense.

That's not a good excuse. KD's defense was low key horrible in 2018 wcf and game 1 2018 finals. A big step back from 2017 finals. Some of these talented players like LeBron and KD have poor switching awareness because they know they won't be held responsible by most fans. LeBron's defense on the Lakers - hell the last 4 seasons - has always been atrocious but there are people who just don't watch the game carefully and rely on physical attributes to praise poor defenders.

Prior to today Klay was on some I want to retire in GSW thus as long as we paid him fair it was all good, now he’s on some...give me the max/very close to max or you could lose me to LA and potentially change the balance of power.....CP3’s contract cost the team Ariza & MbahAMoute Kaly’s will cost us Draymond in my opinion, either that or dray accept a massive pay cut.

When Durant loses concentration on D I blame it on his entire life he has been most of the offense for whatever teams he has been on, he's used to conserving on D, in the playoffs he'll be there. Cousins is like a Mudslide moving to the rack right now, always was a bit but especially now. Fun to see him just mudslide past people, Embiid matchup is going to be very fun to watch - Dray will play him plenty as well. Going to be the Bickersons out there Thursday. exactly, I just want boggie to shoot that open 3 when he has an open look, at times with out movement he is out the butt naked however he hesitates as he is still trying to fit in. time is going to fix all this.

Jonas is home with his new born baby....didn't make the road trip / maternity leave ....However, your point is valid, Kerr has a game plan when it comes to rotations and anything shy of foul trouble, he sticks to the game plan regardless. How many times last year, pre all star break would we have to watch Zaza get roasted at every aspect of the game outside of screening and boxing out and still take min from Javell regardless of match ups...sometimes there is no real rhyme or reason for it, as with Dickerson last night.

I can see why Boogie likes to play with another center in the lineup. Against traditional centers like Capela or Adams, they will rarely come out to the 3 pt line and Boogie will need to make them pay from deep as he gets a lot of open looks. With him being outside from the perimeter, there’s no big man to get the rebound, a secondary big can help solve that and make Boogie feel better about shooting more open 3’s.

And someone that Embid has to at the very least respect on both ends of the court changes everything for their best player

Klay and KD’s dynamic on the court will forever always be funny to me. Check KD out on 10:48 and just watch him literally beg for the ball from Klay but as you know, Klay rarely gives the ball back to anyone let alone pass it back to KD. KD knows he ain’t getting the ball back when it’s in Klay’s hands! I’m just curious if KD be like “I assist Klay every damn time and I can’t even get a pass back”... Fortunately he found Looney or Klay probably would’ve forced that.

Draymond is gonna be on some "I know you are but what am I type stuff" and probably moon walk towards Embid to make his life harder in the post and show the world he aint the only Top tier NBA player you can't shoot.....lol

I didn't really understand why Derrickson was in the game, I would has preferred if Zo or Jonas get those minutes...Also I was impressed with Bell hopeful this will lead to him getting 10 or so minutes a game going forward.

That matchup with Joel is going to be great. Embiid is really good at drawing fouls though, I hope Boogie can keep his head on if he starts picking up some early fouls. The fact that we have someone to matchup on Embiid is huge though.

It’s really too bad for Victor and Indiana after that 7 gamer with Bron not to get to go head to head with the top tier of the East. Interested to see the game plan for Philly if they’ll try and expose Simmons or if they’ll just come in Ike every other regular season game and lean on the talent.

Cant wait for that game against philly. I remember early this season or maybe last season Joel Embiid was asked if he was the best center in the league and said that he still was catching up to Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins. Joel a very strong dude so hopefully Demarcus can at least prevent him from feasting in the Post.
