We win this game easily if the 2nd unit doesn't crap the bed in both the 2/4Q. Kerr wants to avoid staggering Curry/KD but it just doesn't work. Without one of them one the floor as part of the 2nd unit, the spacing is just too bad. Need to get back to having either Curry/KD on the floor at all times and I'm sure Kerr will go back to that in the playoffs. Health is the most important thing. If we're healthy, HOU can't beat us. We know the formula for beating them all too well.

It's time for Kerr to find a game or two to rest Steph and even with all the success he's had I still have questions about his overall coaching ability.

Now, I've definitely noticed Steph's defense ramping up, like you mentioned hes fighting over screens more and is using more force on that end. Now, earlier in the season I was complaining that he was giving low effort on that end and I was like: Steph, you gotta show the people that you can defend and to prove a point to the critics. Oh how things change. During the game I was yelling "Steph quit exerting so much energy on defense!" I feel like its very possible his offense has taken a hit BECAUSE of his conscious effort to ramp up the defense. What are your thoughts on that Alch?

I think my biggest question is, when Dray flips the switch will the lights come all the way on? We haven't seen sustained efforts from him this year.

I don't know y'all... not that worried to be honest. Last year we had some horrible losses at the end of the regular season, but the first playoff game they immediately flipped the switch. I remember in the last (or second to last?) game Alch pointed out KD's defending, what he is capable of when he wants to. All in all, just reckoning they're taking it easy for now.

There are times when I want to curse out KD, like during the game we lost to the Mavs this season. However, KD has shown alot of guts this year playing through nicks and other injuries he has gotten throughout the season. He needs some time to rest because the Warriors will need KD in the playoffs. Sidenote: I almost lost it when Klay made that bonehead turnover because the Warriors were on the course of clutching that game out, Luckily he was putting on the clamps on Booker when it was needed to at least have some semblance of hope.

Yup. Everyone in the media just says theres nothing to worry about and that the Warriors are just bored. But its glaringly clear that our defense is best case mediocre and worst case sometimes laughable. Couple that with the fact that we have virtually no bench, it's gonna take a serious turnaround from our starters. Steph just looks completely disconnected, Draymond has fallen off hard, KD isn't a problem exactly but he looks like he's just going through the motions, and Boogie's style just doesn't fit with our normal starting 4. I am hoping Kerr can make the tough decision and start Bogut if he's completely in shape

The release is best when nonchalant but the movement leading into it I feel like he is best when he is moving relatively fast or quickly. It’s almost the opposite of Harden. He moves slow into it then pulls it hella fast.

Intersting you bring up Steph's rhythm there. I don't think it's the slowness that matters, some of his most insane games like the 38 pt Grizzlies injury return or the 51 against the Wizards this season, what stands out is how nonchanlantly slow his movements are. But clearly there is some anxiety now that he didn't have before because dude hesitates on almost every shot right now. Iono if he's drinking too much caffeine or not getting enough sleep but whatever it is, he's clearly not relaxed mentally. I agree mechanically he looks fine, his form is never 100% the same as his practice but it shouldn't be why he's shooting 30% from 3s.

Oddly enough, I'm happy for the Suns. This win will surely energize this team even though their season is a wrap because they are completely out of the Playoffs. Meanwhile, I feel like the Warriors have some serious soul-searching to do before the Playoffs. I follow Steph off the court and nearly every day he's out making appearances and doing all kinds of things with his wife's businesses and his own endorsement deals. I think he needs to cut all that ish off until the season is over. It's time to focus!

It's only the 60th disappointing game this season, can't even be mad at this point. My general complaints don't really change because the team itself doesn't change. Half the team Warriors play execute better movement without the ball with less dumb passes, last night's Suns was no exception. A team with 4+ all stars is somehow at 45 wins, before 2016 you would have expected such a team to go 70+ games. I'm sure it blows people's minds but we don't actually talk about it because we just waive it off as coasting. But clearly there are some more fundamental issues here.

First caution flag:I knew we the warriors were going to have a problem when OG Davis West said there was a lot of stuff brewing in-house that they overcame.... and he retired on em. They miss him a lot. 2nd caution flag: after the KD vs DG clipper game. D. G says we gone keep winning these rings. like it’s that simple, as if the competition isn’t hungry enough... My hope is that they are in the dark room and they just forgot where the light switch is.... the light is playing for each other today and not tomorrow, that chip comes from staying together and not getting caught up in the outside noise. (Even though the outside noise is somewhat blasting from inside with KD) What do you think @Alchemy?

I personally hope KD gets a game or two off because I believe it'll give Curry back his shot. Curry sometimes needs to be needed. We will need every bit of the splash man himself if KD's out. Klay is so solid. Really happy to see the defense revving up ! Great sign.

I live in Israel so I don't catch most games live. First thing I do when I wake up is I grab my phone and check the score of whatever game happened that night. I used to be surprised when the Warriors lost, these days it feels like I expect them to lose... We lost to the fucking suns, now don't get me wrong I don't think all is lost but this shit is getting frustrating, just doesn't feel like the Warriors we've grown to love so much. I am scared that come playoff time we are not locked and loaded as much as we should be.
