From the seemingly candid pics of you being awesome, to the video edits of your attractive hobbies, and the choosing of appropriate captions for your photos it may seem not even worth it.
In today's age, as many RP content creators have said, Instagram is the largest dating app. You may not source girls through instagram but often times it is what women will use to see if you meet basic requirements to go on a date with. The basic requirements could be that you're "not a creep" all the way to "how much money does he have" to "is he out partying" or is he "living a productive lifestyle". Your instagram will eventually play a large part of your dating success so it is worth investing some time to make it look better.
Here is a quick step by step on how to take the most basic unit of photography, the selfie, on your iPhone.
1. Go to portrait and select Contour light
2. Tap on the screen for a couple seconds and slide down to make the exposure darker
3. Extend your arm as far as possible and look directly at the camera and take the shot
4. Open up photo to edit and select the filter icon and choose Dramatic.
5. Select the edit icon at the bottom and go to highlights and bring the highlights down if you have "hotspots"
6. Go to noise reduction and bring it down to give you some youth
7. Go back to the cube icon and select contour light (more of a dramatic effect).
8. Finally crop and zoom and now you have a professional looking photo for dating apps or Instagram.
