Maybe two things can be true. You can really enjoy AEW but also more people can dislike it compared to the number of people that like it. You just have to look at it from an outsiders perspective. A lot of fans wouldn't decide against going back to an AEW event after the first time if they really enjoyed what they saw. One of the 15k who decided not to attend this show that attended the first Grand Slam can conversely say that you're overvaluing the AEW product. It's a matter of perspective.

Don't give Khan any ideas, although it's hard to imagine how his booking could be any worse as he's already got the title of worst booker ever locked up

Seymour Butts

Have Swerve vs Hangman in a tennis match, if Swerve wins, he gets to burn Hangman’s childhood home in retaliation

I’m at a point where I really don’t care about the crowd. The company is being undervalued by the fans. The workers and the stories are really good now. Roster is as deep as it’s ever been.

Sean

There was a comment at the scrum today where Khan said AEW has a great relationship with Arthur Ashe and expects this show to pick up a lot after All Out.

Despy

My favorite show to attend every year. Very depressing

This will be the last time they go there for a Dynamite, maybe the last time they go here period for years. It'll hit 7-8k with comps, freebies etc. I'm seeing 5-6k paid. But next year, run Louis Armstrong Stadium, its max capacity is 14k if you want to run a Dynamite so badly in the area. But this year, wow, there's basically a 2 week build and they also have to build to the Pittsburgh Dynamite AND Wrestledream. Too many shows too close together. At least All Out is doing strong.

You realise 3 years ago people were saying the Dark Order/womens division/hardcore matches were a joke? They fixed a lot of those things, now the same people are saying its worse.

Scubb

Tk is going nowhere. They getting a big tv deal. Did Vince lose his creative control when WWE had attendance issues end of 19 into 2020?

Adam I

What we do know for 100% certainty is that they won’t come close to last years attendance.. this SHOULD cost TK the book at a minimum.. but it won’t.. so we are left to watch the program slowly but surely keep becoming less & less relevant.. oh well..

CRhodes

From 20k for Danielson vs Omega to what 5 maybe 6k(if they are lucky)for whatever they schedule this year(only thing we know is Danielson vs Darby).. I tried telling ya’ll months ago.. but the tribalism is strong here.. oh well..

CRhodes

Tix start below $40 which can be expensive for some but you also can't reasonably expect to pay less to get into a big stadium show and how does running the most populous market in the US earlier this year drop ticket distribution 50%? At some point the reason has to be, "People don't want to go to AEW shows because they're not being entertained by the product."

TacoFuerteGuapo

They did it last year. I think they moved 4-5k in the week leading up to it. They likely not going back next year unless they do a ppv..maybe Full Gear

Adam I

They’re just not in the position of fans will come back no matter what. I know Tony wants to believe so but right now, they should focus on how to grow and not counting on same place or even audience.

James

I'm sure they'll start building up to matches after All Out but man oh man is this tough to see. They need to start a media blitz now - get MJF and Daniel Garcia everywhere if possible. Get Swerve on local radio. Do something to at least make this respectable.

PMB

I think # is bc they done too many NYC area ppvs lately and Full Gear is in Newark. I seen people on Twitter saying pricing is too high. They will likely do a big media push..probably gets to 7-8k.
