Rules 33 - Reunion

The morning sun scorched the pavement in wide, golden beams, casting harsh light on everything Sage had tried to bury. Jeremy stood in it. Familiar, but not the same man who had left her. This version was harder, more confident, and distant. She watched him with a quiet ache, memories racing through her like wildfire. There were no shadows left now. Only open daylight and the cold, cutting air between them.

Jeremy's eyes shifted to Theo, then back to Sage. She understood his thoughts without needing to speak a word. But he spoke them anyway.

“So… you and Theo?” He said flatly.

“It’s not what you think–” Sage's voice cracked halfway through the sentence. Sage laughed uncomfortably before trying again. “Jeremy, it’s not like that–”

“Seems like it is,” Jeremy replied calmly, leaning against his car.

As Sage began to speak, Theo stepped forward.

“Jeremy," he said, puffing up like a balloon about to pop. "I know this is a lot to take in, and I'm sure it can't be easy for you, but it’s exactly what it looks like.”

Sage felt heat flush through her cheeks. Of all the times for Theo to grow a backbone, this had to be the worst.

"Theo…" Sage spoke with tempered frustration, Theo raised his hand in response.

"No! It's alright, let me handle this."

Jeremy smirked.

“So what, are you living with him now?” Jeremy said, his sharp tone cutting straight into Sage. And while the question was meant for her, it was Theo who opened his mouth again.

“Look, I know this is hard to hear. But you've been gone for months, Jeremy. And in that time… Sage and I–” he gestured vaguely between them “-we’ve really made something special, and I think it’s best you honor that.”

Theo stood triumphant, looking back at Sage to bask in her approval.

“Theo,” Sage said firmly, “please, for the love of god, just shut up.”

The words struck like shrapnel. Theo recoiled as if slapped, his lips parting in disbelief. He turned to her slowly, red blooming in his cheeks, eyes blinking like he couldn’t quite make sense of what had just been said.

“I... but I thought…”

“You’re nice,” Sage interrupted, her voice soft. “And this was all… fun. But you understand it was never going to be serious, right?”

Theo just stared at her. His lips trembled, trying to form words. “But last night…”

Jeremy exhaled loudly, rubbing a hand across his face, dragging it down like he was washing himself clean of the scene. Sage glanced at him, measuring his temperament as she desperately tried to douse a flame before it grew into a wildfire.

He didn’t look angry. Just tired. That, at least, was good news. So Sage pressed forward.

“Theo,” she said again, but she didn’t need to finish. Theo raised his hand in defeat.

“It’s fine.” His voice wasn’t convincing. His eyes were red, a wave of tears threatening to spill. He bent down and grabbed his bag from the sidewalk, slinging it over his shoulder. He looked at Jeremy, then at her. He stared for a moment, perhaps waiting for some last desperate flicker of passion to form in her eyes.

But they both already knew none would come.

“I’ll get out of your hair,” Theo said. His voice strained to keep what little dignity he had left. “Nice seeing you back, Jeremy.”

“Likewise.” Jeremy didn’t move from his car as he watched Theo brush past them both. His footsteps were slow and aimless, sneakers slapping pavement with no destination as he crested the hill of an unspoken suburban landscape.

Sage didn’t watch him go.

She didn’t need to.

Jeremy turned to her. His expression unreadable.

They stared at each other in silence. But the hum she'd forgotten, a static under her skin, a low-pitched thrum in her chest, came back in full as their eyes locked.

Sage swallowed.

“Now look at what you did,” she said, her tone dry but playful. “You hurt Theo’s feelings.”

Jeremy gave a short laugh.

"Bad time for a joke, don't you think?"

Sage cleared her throat.

"Right… sorry," She said.

A neighbor passed through them with her golden retriever on her morning jog. The woman gave an awkward wave, eyes darting from Jeremy to Sage as she moved on with a steady gait. She was polite enough not to slow down.

Sage gave a half-wave back as she fixed her hair. “Can we take this inside?”

Jeremy shrugged. “Fine.”

He picked up the duffel bag at his feet and walked past her. Not glancing back as he reached the front door.

Sage followed, suddenly aware of the damp sweat clinging to her lower back. The silence between them felt loud. And yet, underneath it, something burned in a manner Sage had long missed.

The door clicked shut behind them. Sage moved first, drifting to the kitchen like a ghost. She sat at the table, arms folded tight around herself, legs crossed and tense.

Jeremy followed behind her. He didn’t say anything as he stepped into the kitchen. He didn’t have to. Sage watched as he scanned the room, his eyes stopping on a pair of her panties crumpled on the floor.

Jeremy stared at them for a moment, jaw working. It took everything in Sage's power to keep her composure and conceal her embarrassment.

Finally, after what seemed like ages, Jeremy let out a long and defeated sigh.

“Seriously though, what the fuck is wrong with you?”

Sage flinched like she’d been slapped. She didn’t look at him.

“I don’t know,” she said softly. “I really am sorry. What happened that night was stupid and…”

Her words slowed as Jeremy walked over and picked up the panties, letting them dangle between two fingers before dropping them in the sink.

“You told David you fucking loved him.”

“It was a game,” she said quickly.

“A game?” Jeremy's voice was cool. Just a notch above flat.

“Of course, I don’t actually love David. Who the fuck could love that man?”

“You knew how that would hurt me.”

“You weren’t supposed to hear it.”

He moved toward her. “Yeah, well… I did.”

“I’m not making excuses, alright?” Sage snapped. Then quieter. “It was fucking stupid. I am stupid. And fucked up. I do things that are insane and I…”

She swallowed, voice cracking. “I mean, look at me.”

Jeremy did.

She looked tired, despite how carefully her business outfit had been put together. The story of heartbreak, struggle, and desire rested behind her glassy eyes.

Jeremy leaned against the kitchen counter.

“You cheated, Sage.”

“That’s a little harsh…”

His brows lifted. “Is it?”

“I didn’t mean for it to go this far.”

“Uh-huh. And how far has it gone?”

Sage's mouth opened, then shut. Her silence said enough.

Jeremy nodded once.

“And here I thought the rules meant something.”

Sage bristled. “Don’t act like I planned this.”

“Could’ve fooled me.”

“It just happened, okay? You left. I was alone. I felt like shit.”

Jeremy smiled, but there was no warmth in it. “That’s a great excuse for riding Theo’s dick.”

“Jesus,” she said, standing up now, voice rising. “You think this was fun for me?”

“I don’t know, you two seemed pretty cozy in the driveway,” Theo said coldly.

Sage's cheeks burned, but she didn't retreat.

“I was lost,” she said. “Without you I’m a fucking mess.”

Jeremy let out a breath through his nose. He tilted his head back, jaw flexing. The two sat in silence for a moment.

“So what now?” he asked. “Are you and Theo actually a thing?”

Sage laughed softly and shook her head. “No, he’s a fuck buddy. That can end immediately.”

"And David?" Jeremy pressed.

"It's over, I told him as much."

Jeremy nodded. “Well, I guess we’re even then."

Sage's eyes widened.

“…What?”

“You’re not the only one who can fuck around." Jeremy stared with cold intent. The words sank into Sage like a knife. Her lips parted as terror swelled from her stomach to her chest.

“What do you mean?” The words barely left her.

“I fucked a girl,” Jeremy said, each word like a coin dropping into a jar. “Several times.”

Her mouth opened again, but no sound came out. Just the stunned, empty noise of being knocked sideways.

What?

Jeremy didn’t flinch as a smirk formed on her face.

“It's nice seeing you jealous for once.”

“You cheated?!” Sage stood, her voice cracked like glass as her hands curled into fists.

“Weren't you just saying what you did wasn't cheating? And what about Theo?”

“That’s not— That’s not the same! We were on a break!”

Jeremy tilted his head.

“So what's the problem?”

Sage didn’t answer. She just stared. Then, slowly, she sat back down.

Jeremy watched her carefully.

“Have you fucked anyone else?” he asked.

Sage blinked.

“… that's complicated.”

“Right.” He nodded. “That’s what I thought.”

Sage’s voice was quiet. “Did you?”

“No… but not I'm wondering if I should have.”

She shook her head, hoping her senses would come back to her. “Jesus. How do you stomach it? I feel like I’m going to puke.”

“Good,” he said flatly. “At least you’re capable of empathy.”

“Now you're just being unreasonably cruel.”

“You’re a slut, I think you deserve a little cruelty.”

The words landed hard, and Sage looked up at him slowly with wounded eyes.

Jeremy didn't backpedal. She stared at him as her sadness shifted from pain to admiration.

From admiration to desire.

“I’m just a fucking little whore, aren’t I?” Her voice was small, but not innocent.

Jeremy shifted. She could see something lighting up inside him. When he said nothing, Sage took it as a sign to continue.

Sage’s gaze burned into him. “It's ok, you can say it.”

Jeremy hesitated, a look of compassion forming across his face.

"It's ok… I want this," Sage said softly.

Jeremy smirked. “Fine, you’re nothing more than a fucking slut. You will literally do and say anything to have an excuse to get fucked by other men, and I don't feel bad at all for having sex with someone else.”

There was heat in the room. The kind that didn’t come from arguments. The kind that sat just beneath the heart and pulsed with a steady rhythm.

Sage knew this rhythm. She had danced to it with Jeremy before. Shame, arousal, fear, desire. Her lips parted as the emotions swelled in her chest.

Jeremy stepped closer, his bulge inches away from her face. Sage looked up at him with hungry eyes.

"So… you fucked another woman?" She asked.

"I did," Jeremy confirmed. She could feel his confidence mixing with her jealousy, erupting into a fire she didn't know was there. Other women wanted him. Of course they did. It was why he was hers.

“You fucked her raw, didn't you?” Sage pressed.

Jeremy smirked. “You want to know what she sounded like?”

Her lip trembled, but she nodded.

“She wasn’t you,” he said, letting the words roll lazily from his tongue. “But she tried. She spread her legs wide. Begged me to go rough. Said she loved how deep I got. Loved how I didn’t pull out.”

Sage’s breath caught.

Jeremy leaned in a little, close enough to see her pupils dilate.

“She moaned like it was the first cock she’d ever taken.”

He paused, faint tenderness forming in his eyes.

“But you’re the one I thought about.”

Sage's throat moved as she swallowed.

“I think I hate this woman,” she whispered.

Jeremy’s gaze sharpened.

“She was younger, you know.”

Sage’s jaw tightened.

“Prettier?” she asked. Jeremy gave a half-shrug.

“Different," Jeremy said promptly. Sage smirked.

"Not prettier." Sage couldn't help herself, and it felt good that Jeremy didn't correct her.

"She fucked well though.”

"I bet it was even better when you thought of me while doing it," Sage countered.

"You really are such a dirty little whore," Jeremy said matter of factly.

Sage let the words crash into her. The pain felt good. It's what they needed. She closed her eyes for a moment, and when they opened again, there was something else behind them. Something molten.

Sage leaned forward slightly, Jeremy didn't move.

“And I bet you want to fuck your dirty little whore raw, don’t you?”

Jeremy answered with action.

One second, he was standing above her with burning eyes, and the next, he lunged. Chairs scraped tile as his body crashed into hers, knocking her backwards into the kitchen table with a gasp. His mouth devoured hers. No buildup, no grace, just lips, tongues, heat, and desperate noise. Her fingers tangled in his shirt, pulling at the collar until buttons popped, until skin met skin.

“Fuck, you have no idea how bad I’ve needed this,” Jeremy growled against her lips.

Sage moaned into his mouth, grabbing his waistband and pulling him in between her legs. Her body was already on fire, every nerve igniting as she remembered the touch of her husband.

Jeremy’s hands moved under her blouse to her breasts, yanking the fabric up until her bra spilled out. His eyes locked on her massive breasts, Sage smiled as a primal hunger consumed him. He grabbed her hips and adjusted her on the table, laying her flat as he pulled her pants and underwear clean down her thighs.

“You’re soaked,” he said, spreading her legs apart. “You fucking like being my little slut, don’t you?”

Sage looked at him with a pouting expression as she nodded slowly.  “I want to be your little slut forever.”

Jeremy shoved his pants down and freed his pulsing cock. Stroking it once as a bead of precum formed at its tip. He looked into Sage's eyes as he lined himself up with her slick entrance.

"Say you want me to fuck you."

"Please..." Sage pulled him close and whispered into his ear, "fuck me."

Jeremy plunged himself into her. Sage’s head flew back with a cry.

Jeremy groaned deep in his throat, his body trembling as his length sank into her. Sage could feel him throbbing inside her as a horrific bliss of guilt and pleasure short-circuited her brain.

He pulled back and slammed into her again.

And again.

A steady, hard rhythm being created with each powerful thrust.

The table creaked violently under them. Dishes shook. Sage clawed at Jeremy's back, thighs wrapped high around his waist.

“Punish me,” she gasped, grabbing his hand and wrapping it around her throat.

Jeremy squeezed, pressing with the perfect amount of pressure as his pace quickened. Sage's eyes fluttered into the back of her skull as a wave of euphoria hit her.

“Yes! Fuck! Use me…” Sage's voice trailed off as she grew lightheaded.

Jeremy's grip around her neck loosened as he pulled out of her suddenly. Her body convulsed at the loss.

Before she could beg, he grabbed her wrist, dragged her off the table. Jeremy bent Sage over the counter. Ass high. Legs wide.

“Stay there,” he ordered, grabbing her by the hair and yanking her head back just enough to see her open mouth and heavy-lidded eyes.

Then he slammed into her from behind.

She screamed.

Jeremy's hands locked onto her hips, pulling her back into every brutal thrust. The sound of their bodies echoed. Sage closed her eyes and relished in being taken by the man she loved. She moved her hips for him, she moaned for him, she did it all for him.

She looked back at Jeremy with hungry eyes.

“Punish me.”

Jeremy thrust deep inside Sage and slapped her ass hard.

Her legs shook under the impact. “Yes! Harder!”

He fucked her with everything he had. Her back arched like a bow, her hips jerking as she matched his pace.

They grew wild, knocking over a chair, stumbled down together in a tangle of limbs, mouths still fighting to devour one another. Jeremy grabbed her legs and spread them wide as he crawled over her, shoving himself back inside without hesitation.

Sage cried out and threw her arms around him, ankles locking around his back as he pounded into her on the cold tile floor.

"Don't fucking stop… please… don't fucking stop," Sage sounded drunk as the esctasy of their sex overtook her.

“God, you feel so good,” Jeremy groaned.

He buried his face against her neck, teeth grazing her skin. He bit her shoulder hard enough to leave a mark. It made Sage gasp.

Her nails dug into his back as she whimpered.

“I’m going to cum Jeremy, I’m–”

“Good,” he growled, hips slamming harder, faster. “Fucking cum for me.”

She let go. Her body convulsed, pussy clenching around him like a vice. She moaned so loud it hurt Jeremy's ears, her whole body arching beneath him like she was being torn open by the orgasm.

Jeremy cursed under his breath as Sage's body pulled at him and her juices spilled onto the floor.

With the final thrust, Jeremy collapsed onto Sage. She embraced him, she let herself be crushed under his weight as his cock pulsed and he came inside her with a guttural moan.

“I missed you so fucking much…” Jeremy said, his hard facade melting in an instant.

Sage wrapped herself around him tightly, her fingers caressing his neck as Jeremy slowly filled her with steady pulses.

“I missed you too,” she whispered, voice shredded and soft.

Jeremy kissed her deeply. Their tongues dancing through sweat, breath, and everything unspoken.

Stillness found them. Sage brushed his hair from his forehead, green eyes searching his. "I love you." She said softly.

Jeremy stared for a moment.

"I love you too."

Silence.

"Sage?" Jeremy continued.

"Yes?"

“From here on out, no more lies, ok?”

“Deal,” Sage said, biting her lip. Watching as Jeremy's eyes filled with concern.

“What?” he asked.

“Well… since we're telling the truth…"

Jeremy looked at her cautiously.

"Yeah?" The word left his lips with a humorous droll.

"You should probably know I’m also fucking my boss.”

Jeremy blinked.

“…What?”

Comments

I really hope that the next Chapter ends up being an extended conversation between Jeremy and Sage where they compare notes. In particular, I want Jeremy to show sage the last video that David sent of Theo fucking Sage, and having them put the pieces together. Then I want to see some really hard conversations between David and Jeremy, and Sage and Theo. Come on. How can they avoid it. And then I really want to see how Jeremy and Sage deal with the fact that she's now a genuine sex slave for her boss, who has been given blackmail material.

Eve St. Albert

Beautiful reunion. I really enjoyed reading it. It was especially nice to see the growth in both characters and their relationship (and maybe an awakened desire of Sage to see Jeremy with other girls as well?). I hope that Jeremy keeps his newfound confidence and uses it to get this mess back under control and keeps it there for them to enjoy together. Although I am quite sure that there will be further setbacks along the way. Another interesting point is how easily Jeremy accepted Sages answer, that she ended it with David - especially after he recieved all those videos and messages. Maybe he saw through Davids lies, or has more trust in Sage now, or he doesn't care either way. He might have kept further comments for a future talk about David, as he probably wants to include him in their future games again anyway.

Love where this is going, I'm hoping her boss sets some new RULES next chapter, as that the theme after all
