2024-10-03 19:58:30 +0000 UTCThere's been a theory recently that AEW have changed their seating process. Instead of filling uppers on camera side, they want the hard camera to be full first. I think there's truth to this after last night's show. Previously they'd have filled up the upper camera side over the hard camera. Maybe AEW are finally sick of the empty seats on the hard cam side pics spreading on social media?

A few weeks ago it looked to be trending towards 10k+ easy then the big slow down happened. If they recovered it back to 9k I'd be impressed but like you said they'd need to promote like crazy for it.

2024-10-03 19:42:05 +0000 UTCThey barely have any matches announced which is a big problem for AEW - people don't know ahead of time who is going to be there so people are wary of buying a ticket. This will get more sales after next Tuesday when more of the card is announced (and when they inevitably lower prices) but, yeah, they really need to stop waiting to announce matches so close to the PPV. This should beat last year's Wrestledream but probably 8k, maybe 9k if they do a massive amount of publicity. They really need to get Danielson, Swerve and Darby out there on the PR trail.
