I don't see how any decent person can recommend a career in football. Inevitable brain damage and poor payment from NFL. I had a friend who played just in high school and dude cries every other day from migraines. He said the experience was worth it but I call bullshit.

So people are mad that the league’s owners are racist, therefore they are angry a black entertainer accepted a hefty contract that gives him considerable power over their super bowl proceedings? Wouldn’t you rather have a black dude with power than not? If you’re upset with the power imbalance between races, it seems like you should want jay z to have more influence lol, black people refusing to accept power in the nfl is a pretty good way to ensure that segregation remains.

There is a infamous good ol boy network amongst the owners and higher ups. Black coaches is a relatively new thing. They literally had to make an affirmative action type rule, just to give brothas a shot at front office and coaching positions. Meanwhile the league is what... 80% black

As far as the Jay-Z topic is concerned, I don’t understand the outrage and immediate classification of the NFL as evil. Are we just wisely accepting the idea that the NFL is just a racist, demonic institution? What’s so bad about jay-z being involved with them contractually? Hundreds of black men are contractually involved with the nfl, Travis Scott performed at the Super Bowl after the kaep incident. What exactly does Jay-Z need to “infiltrate” I guess is my question?
