Final Fantasy X Battle Theme
Added 2019-04-16 19:43:40 +0000 UTCI'm super pumped about FFX having its release on the Switch since I really prefer games like this to be mobile for extend play while traveling. This is one of those magical themes that should have gotten old really quickly but didn't thanks to the genius that is Nobuo Uematsu. I can only imagine how challenging it must be to write a normal battle theme that sounds good both in the first act and in the last act. One that the player isn’t desperately sick of by midway through. There aren’t many games that succeed! I think I’d count Grandia II, Super Mario RPG, and possibly Pokémon RBY on there. Hard to think of many others, though!
