Patreon possible changes
Added 2017-02-02 09:34:45 +0000 UTCI've read all your suggestions on my last journal and I gotta say thank you very much for your help and I'll be probably taking like 90% of them as part of changes I'll make here for you and before I execute them I want to know your thoughts, suggestions and opinions first.
1-$10 tier
- -video of the process with some tips
- -join to streams
2-$15 tier
- -A weekly erotic picture.
- -Participate in a monthly POLL to get a free commission of one character. Only same tiers can vote on this one.
3-All my post will be exclusive for one month. Later on Deviantart and Tumblr
4-Patreon has just added a new feature called "Charge Patrons Up front" that requires new patrons to pay their pledges to get access to all the content. I posted a poll explaing better what I thought. https://www.patreon.com/posts/7970550

The suggestions only work for polls. Streams will work mostly as tutorials but I may include one stream to do do what you suggest but I cannot ensure I'll do so as a regular feature, sorry!

2017-02-02 23:31:17 +0000 UTCSo.. we have established that you did not deliver up on your goals in the past but your list of "possible changes" (you mean that in the way of suggestions, not that other changes are not considered "possible", right?) reads like: 1- Demand more money 2- Demand more money 3- You will get new stuff first 4- Please pay up front Just.. how important is the payment aspect to you? Do you depend on Patreon as form of income? Should I rather shut up and don't say anything like that?

How can you make sure everyone willing has the possibility to watch even when scattered across the globe/timezones? How can you make sure only patrons of that tier a joining the stream (at the moment everyone can subscribe you and get informed when you start a stream despite even being a patron)?

2017-02-02 14:10:57 +0000 UTCI don't think this is a silly rule at all. Wouldn't you be more interested to invest more money to get the free commission (although it's just a chance)? (Part of) your reward for investing real money depends on luck - that is gambling. Also: How will he choose the winner? Is the process fair? People will start to complain after a while that they were not picked yet although it maybe purely random what Mangrowing chooses. tl;dr: Gambling = Shit.

I do know of one person who still has it in his pledge rewards. However I have yet to see him announce a raffle winner in a year so... One thing I could suggest in replacement of the raffle is maybe that tier could add suggestions to a list you choose from, and or that get added to a poll that everyone or certain tiers can vote on to be done. =) Another idea could be a special suggestion stream where people can suggest and or vote on ideas on the go. I am really sorry to bring this bad news to your attention. While it sucks to lose, I do love winning the raffles and such, especially when its an artist I would love to commission. ^_^
