"Why Can't I See Discord" / "Discord Link Isn't Working

You have to connect Discord to Patreon on your desktop.
The Discord Bot will automatically add you once it confirms you are a Patreon member. The link works, but you cannot access anything in Discord until you connect your Discord to Patreon.
