I just signed up for free, how do I get my model and welcome pack?

• You'll get an email from MyMiniFactory with a redeem link which you'll need to click to access and download. This email can take up to 48 hours to arrive. Because it will arrive by email, you'll need to have an active and real email connected to your Patreon account, and it'll need to be the same one you use for your MyMiniFactory account. If you haven't received the model, first check if your Patreon account has the correct email address associated.

I'm a paid subscriber, do I need to do anything to get the free model?

• Nope- it'll appear in your library automatically.

What's this month's free model?

• Check this link to see all current and past free models.

I just missed out on last month's free model and I really want him. How can I get him?

• Sign up to the 'Monthly Models' subscription tier - paid subscribers get access to every free model released so far! This is the only way - free models are not available for download or individual sale.

What kind of models will be released each month?

• It will vary. Some times it'll be a complete character, some times a useful bits collection. Whilst it'll always be something mean and green, it'll never be a big ticket item - these will always be exclusive to paid subscribers.

Hi, I didn't sign up to this and I'm getting emails about free models?

• Patreon just applied a mandatory update changing all previous 'Followers' and former subscribers into Free Members. Nothing changes, except you now get extra free models.

Hi, I used to be a Follower and got converted into a Free Member, but I'm not getting any model redeem emails? 

• This is a bug on Patreon's end - Patreon automatically converted everyone, but that conversion hasn't always been 100% successful, meaning I can see you but can't interact with you. You can fix that by following these steps.
