Patreon Billing Issue for October

We are hearing that some people have been billed twice by Patreon for this month's subscription.  We are only showing one payment on our end, so we don't have a 2nd payment we can refund.  Please check your records and if you have been charged twice contact Patreon Support.

Patreon did respond to my support ticket. They said the problem was from their payment processor. I was refunded that extra double charge and it is all fixed now.

Thanks Cloe. Please open a ticket with Patreon Support (even though they say to come to us). Hopefully they'll get this resolved quickly.

In searching Patreon billing support they seem to put everything on the content creator. They say for refunds to contact the creator which is you. Be careful you don't get a bunch of charge back fees when people like me have the credit card company remove that extra charge. Patreon double charged me for all of the creators that I follow so is clearly a Patreon issue.

Thanks for letting us know. I was billed twice from Patreon for this month. I will see if Patreon figures it out soon or contact my credit card to remove the charge. I did send them a support email.
