New NJB: Business Parks

This video came from an appointment I had in a business park by the airport in the Netherlands. I have a lot of experience going to business parks, and I've worked in many of them, so I wasn't looking forward to going to one again. But it turned out, it was actually great, and trivially easy to get there on public transport.
This visit made me legitimately mad. As soon as I came home from the meeting I wrote up this script, and I told my editors to drop all other projects and get this one out as soon as possible.
I really think that this video summarizes so much of my experience with urban design, why iI started this channel, and why I will never move back to North America, unless I get deported or something.

Also, this isn't the final draft of this video; there are a few small mistakes (like the mis-labelled city at about 12:30). Let me know if there are any other small glitches, and I can get them fixed before it goes live.
