New NJB: The Car-Replacement Bicycle
Added 2022-08-07 19:00:04 +0000 UTCWhen we were moving back to Canada, we knew we'd need a car, but we couldn't afford one after the move. Thankfully, we found an electric bakfiets, and not only did it take the place of a car, it also saved us thousands of dollars in the process.
I wanted to make this video for a long time, but it kept being pushed out. I finally decided that I wasn't going to wait anymore, and it was time to tell the world about bakfietsen! :)

I love watching your videos, right here from the US ☺️ I watch not only yours but many channels on bike/public transport, and I think one topic that is not covered much is safety. I’ve lived in several countries but nothing as scary as downtown LA and several other spots in different cities. How do we encourage people to use public transport when this is what they face?
