New NJB: The "Third Place"

This is a place that isn't home (the "First Place"), and it isn't work (the "Second Place") but another place nearby. Think the French café, British pub, or Japanese bathhouse.

This is one of those fundamental urban planning concepts that I've wanted to talk about for a while.
And this is the first time that I had someone (Nicole Conlan) help me with the script and research ... and she has a PhD in Urban Planning! 😮 She also helped write and research the suburbia collab that I did with Climate Town.
It's nice to have somebody who actually knows what she's talking about. :) I'm hoping she can help out with more "urban planning fundamentals" videos in the future.
