You will be able to assign where you energy flow goes, either to boost attacks, reduce damage taken, or regenerate faster. This will allow the player to tune things to their particular play style, and will also be necessary to change things around for certain enemies or boss fights.

This will be more on-the-fly, where you can set it to anywhere on the triangle and it has an immediate effect. Her other stats will be modifiable by spending XP to improve them.

another thing is that Panzer Dragoon Saga had your idea too of being able to alter the dragon at any point even mid-battle: though of course, Aurora'd be more like an Imperial Agent in that she'd survey the enemy first, strategize and give herself the best possible advantages she could before starting her attack....

Will you be going with a Tenchu Z style of system whereby you're given a set of points every so many levels that you can assign to your three attributes as you like (with Z you got three such cap upgrades) and could alter them in Town as needed or a more Panzer Dragoon Saga-style method whereby you had four attributes in that game and all bar two Dragon forms could adjust these parameters to vastly alter their dragon however there was give and take. For instance, increasing attack, lowered Spirit/ Magical damage. Increasing Defense lowered Agility resulting in a slower, more Tank-like dragon. Of course there's the Fable way of doing it where you increase your attributes by using related abilities (so using her Shield to block just at point of impact would increase Defense XP say.... but at the end you'd have say Max Regen and either Attack or Defense would be close to it being you'd have to sacrifice the points in one to increase the other?
