Conclave Weapon Highlight: The Rod of Resurrection

The Awful Fisher awaits the party on their descent from above, once the Fisher reaches below 100hp, the rod activates. Any nearby cleric feels a rush of divine power emanating from within the Monstrosity when this occurs.
The cleric better retrieve it after defeating the Fisher, but before it gets encased in ice!

I find the Rod of Resurrection (and the staff of the woodlands, and honestly the cloak of invisibility)) to be a little underwhelming. For the Rod and Staff I intend to make them much more powerful, making them nearly akin to the Staff of the Magi in power.
