What's Better?
Added 2024-09-27 21:16:43 +0000 UTCThis has been on my mind for a while now... Do you guys prefer PNG or JPG? I said before on my last post that there is no different between the two when it comes to quality, but I think you guys might think differently...
The differences of JPG is that it has a smaller file size and washed out colors, specially reds because of compression. I have been thinking about it because of the recent changes, and I think it would be best to know what you guys prefer now rather than later.
I want to do this because images of 10MB can be reduced to 1-2MB in size, and I'm sure you guys would prefer that, since it would be easier to save my stuff and all.
I'm unsure, so I wanted to ask you guys about it. I will start using JPG on images bigger than 8MB for now. I would appreciate if you voted or commented about it.
I have some news about renders. I have a commission of Queen Marika ready to render, will post it tomorrow when I'm done with post-work. I'm also done with the poses of 2 images, I will have to make them next month, as I plan on doing some stuff for the spooky month. There are WIPs available on Discord right now.
10/15/24: Many thanks for everyone who voted, I will now just upload PNG in the MEGA archive. If the image is bigger than 9-10MB I will upload a JPG version on discord. This also applies to images with no post-work, I will be posting them there if you for some reason want that one instead.
Talking about discord, I noticed people can't enter it, I will see if I can fix that right now.
