App Update: AI Pit Stop Strategy App v1.7 is here!

1) Removed the excess app enabled user variable. (Lua App enable & disabling can be done in content manager.)
2) Fixed the bug that made the AI completely stop at race start when using CSP 0.2.2 (A Minor bug still persists, but doing an in-game session restart fixes it.)
3) A Big code tidy, this means I can now properly start working on the future features! (Development on allowing for more than one stop has already begun!)
