Hi Nessa. Great question! I saw a video of Lina Palera from the Lyre Academy where she tuned her 7-string lyre to G A B C D E F. These notes are already on a modern lyre without any special tuning. Sounding Greek on the lyre I think is less about specific tunings and more about the instrument itself and the techniques used. The Greek lyre's construction, the choice of strings (gut or sugar strings), and techniques (e.g. using a wooden plectrum, block and strum) gives out that Greek sound.
