Icon dictionary switch - can you contribute?
Added 2020-04-09 08:36:40 +0000 UTCThere is a new humble bundle out with a plethora of icons available, so we could switch from world of warcraft icons to these - but it would mean starting a brand new dictionary.
With the latest Release of iconizer, I made a web app available where you can help assigning Icons already (kept a bit unser the radar yet, but seems to work beautifully, adjusting that to a different icon set would not be that hard. Assigning 2000 items again would, without your Help.
So what is it? Yay or nay? Please comment, beautiful people!
Update: I am moving forward already: In the last six hours (three yesterday, three today), I went through all icons and decided to go with the ones having a background: Foundry isn't made for transparent icons and there were more having a background than not - looks good, I think.
We have got ~5700 icons available in a directory structure posted on the Foundry discord, which is open for discussion. The next step will be to upload everything on a private github repo and construct a workflow that is suitable for renaming the icons according to the depicted image. I started that already, so 342 icons are already done :)
Whoever volunteers to help in that endaviour, please send me over your Github account so I can figure out how to do that ;) I will make a BBQ break with my wife and doggo for now, I do need some sun and a pause. Take care!
