CELEBRATES 18 YEARS OF SECOND BIRTH

Hi Patreon how are you? Today I am very happy because finally after so much talking it is time to celebrate my middle daughter who turns 18!

I know this weekend I was a little absent but I was already in the preparations; but I wanted to share with you tonight's menu which by the way has been rightly chosen by you.

As an appetizer vouvlvant with fondue ... but no actually neither one nor the other I prepared it myself, going to the first cannelloni with ricotta and spinach and baked pasta ... and no actually even these I prepared them but there thought my mom! :-)

So what did you prepare ... you may be wondering ... mhhh thinking about it only the potatoes in the pan that they say I can make them good (cheers at least one thing) because even the salmon trout will only be sautéed with lemon and parsley

And the cake? at least the cake is .... well no because my youngest daughter will make it

In short, I must say that I don't try so much but I will certainly have to operate to fix the balloons that my husband bought (of course not the ones I said but okay ...

And then the gift, even if she wanted to celebrate in Milan and you can't, we hope that the gift is the right one ... a ring to remember this birthday and have something personal to remember us!

Now I run away otherwise I can't do everything, I wish you a good evening but I'll see you tomorrow because I have to ask you for help on Wednesday

Ciao Patreon come state? Io oggi sono felicissima perchè finalmente dopo tanto parlare è arrivato il momento di festeggiare la mia figlia di mezzo che compie ben 18 anni!

Lo so in questo week end sono stata un pò assente ma ero già nei preparativi; ma volevo condividere con voi il menù di stasera che tra l'altro è stato giustamente scelto da Lei.

Come antipasto vouvlvant con fonduta...ma no effettivamente ne' uno ne' l'aaltro loi ho preparati io, passando al primo cannelloni di ricotta e spinaci e pasta al forno...e no effettivamente neanche questi li ho preparati io ma ci ha pensato la mia mamma! :-)

E allora cosa hai preparato tu...vi starete chiedendo...mhhh pensandoci bene solo le patate in padella che dicono riesco a farle buone ( evviva almeno una cosa) perchè anche la trota salmonata sarà solo fatta saltare in padella con limone e prezzemolo

E la torta? almeno la torta si....ebbene no perchè la farà mia figlia piu giovane

Insomma devo dire che non mi sforzo tanto ma sicuramente dovrò operarmi per sistemare i palloncini che ha comprato mio marito ( naturalmente non quelli che dicevo io ma va be...vatti a fidare!!)

E poi il regalo, anche se lei avrebbe voluto festeggiare a Milano e non si può, speriamo che il regalo sia quello giusto...un anello per ricordare questo compleanno ed avere qualcosa di personale che le ricordi noi!

Ora scappo altrimenti non riesco a  fare tutto, vi auguro una buona serata ma domani ci vediamo perchè vi devo chiedere un aiuto per mercoledi
