As promised, the appointments with the gymnastic exercises that I share with you continue, in the hope that they can also be used to make movement together. This is still an event recorded last week, because as you well know I'm enjoying a bit of a holiday discovering the Island of Elba. Tomorrow the video of this gymnastics session made following the exercises of the "Keep Trainer" application will be published for GRANDI CUCULI (and beyond).

Come promesso continuano gli appuntamenti con gli esercizi di ginnastica che condivido con voi, nella speranza che possano anche servirvi per far del movimento assieme. Questo è ancora un evento registrato la scorsa settimana, perchè come ben sapete mi sto godendo un pò di vacanza alla scoperta dell'Isola d'Elba. Domani verrà pubblicato per GRANDI CUCULI ( e oltre ) il video di questa sessione di ginnatsica fatta seguendo gli esercizi dell'applicazione "Keep Trainer".
