FITNESS 16 - ARMS by IMP trainer

un altrea sessione di ginnastica che spero facciate anche voi insieme a me. Questa settimana oltre a questa ginnastica, ho camminato 8 km per tre sere.

Obiettivo rimettermi in forma per la bella stagione; per stare meglio sia dentro che fuori. 

Come vi dicevo la scorsa volta, questo è uno dei body che ho acquistato per fare ginnastica e vediamo se è comodo come dicono.

Oggi vi propongo una ginnastica per rinforzare e rassodare le braccia; per principianti come me sono consigliati pesi piccoli da 1 Kg.

GRANDI CUCULI ( ed Oltre) preparatevi per domani che seguiremo il video insieme e faremo questi 10 minuti di fitness.

another gym session that I hope you will do with me too. This week in addition to this gymnastics, I walked 8km for three evenings.

My goal is to get back in shape for the summer; to feel better both inside and out.

As I told you last time, this is one of the leotards I bought for gymnastics and let's see if it's as comfortable as they say.

Today I propose a gymnastics to strengthen and firm the arms; for beginners like me small weights of 1 kg are recommended.

GREAT CUCULI (and Beyond) get ready for tomorrow we will follow the video together and do these 10 minutes of fitness.
