Ciao miei patreon vi scrivo a quest'ora e sono le 2.315del mattino, e sono appena arrivata dalla prima delle 4 serate di musica che faremo al sabato sera; serate che si svolgono dalla torre civica, e nonostante la bellezza del posto, dovendo anche montare il servizio audio/luci la cosa diventa pesantuccia. abbiamo iniziato a montare questa mattina alle 10 e finito alle 18:00 - serata musicale dalle 19.30 alle 23.00 e poi finito di smontare alle 1.30.. ed ora il meritato rimoso e questi saluti che non sono riuscita a pubblicare . prima , vi auguro una buona domenica, e tra qualche ora vi proporrò la sessione di ginnastica " TABATA".
