Buongiorno Patreon,
è passato un pò di tempo dall'ultima ricetta e così ho deciso di portarvi nuovamente nella mia cucina.
Oggi ben due ricette per ottimizzare i tempi " morti" della cottura; una che si può fare sempre in qualsiasi momento dell'anno e le mie ragazze ne vanno matte: le polpette.
La seconda più estiva e forse più particolare dovuta anche alla gelatina: il prosciutto in gelatina. Se non dovesse piacervi la gelatina, al massimo voi mangiate il prosciutto e date la gelatina agli altri commensali :-)

It's been a while since the last recipe and so I decided to bring you back to my kitchen.
Today, two recipes to optimize the "dead" times of cooking; one that can be made anytime of the year and my girls absolutely love it: meatballs.
The second more summery and perhaps more particular also due to the jelly: the ham in jelly. If you don't like jelly, at most you eat the ham and give the jelly to the other diners :-)
