Sono tornata da Roma e anche qui il caldo si fa sentire. Il viaggio è stato bello ed è sempre la " Città eterna" dove potersi immergere nella Roma antica sarebbe stato divertente.

Perchè ho la frutta in mano?

Perchè devo combattere il caldo e seguo i dietisti e dottori che dicono di consumare frutta e verdura; forse bisogna mangiarla, giocarci come dei giocolieri da circo o massaggiandosi il corpo? MAGARI TUTTE E TRE? LOL

E a proposito di frutta, come non ricordare Caravaggio e i suoi numerosi dipinti che sono esposti in alcune chiese e monumenti di Roma?

Domani mattina vi racconterò il mio viaggio a Roma e parleremo di frutta ed in particolare di quale frutta avete imparato a mangiarla nel tempo e quale proprio non amate.

Io ho imparato a mangiare l'anguria mentre proprio non mangio la frutta esotica.

I returned from Rome and the heat is felt here too. The trip was beautiful and it is still the "Eternal City" where being able to immerse yourself in ancient Rome would have been fun.

Why do I have fruit in my hand?

Because I have to fight the heat and I follow dieticians and doctors who say to consume fruit and vegetables; Maybe you have to eat it, play with it like circus jugglers or massage your body? MAYBE ALL THREE? LOL

And speaking of fruit, how can we fail to remember Caravaggio and the numerous paintings by him that are exhibited in some churches and monuments in Rome?

Tomorrow morning I will tell you about my trip to Rome and we will talk about fruit and in particular which fruit you have learned to eat over time and which you really don't like.

I learned to eat watermelon while I really don't eat exotic fruit.
