Making parts of Fluffy Manager optional - a good or bad idea?

I'm working on an automatic updater for Fluffy Manager so updating it only takes a few clicks (making it no longer necessary to manually download and extract a new version). I'll finish implementing that feature regardless, but while doing this I'm considering to make parts of Fluffy Manager optional. That is, specifically making the default download not include wallpapers.pkg (all of the game backgrounds and logos for various games) or minigames.pkg (the RE0 and RE3 puzzle minigames).

This has two benefits:
- The initial mod manager download will become very small (it is 13mb currently and this change would make it only 2mb).
- I can feel free to add a bunch more wallpapers for games knowing wallpapers.pkg is an optional download.

And it has one downside:
- People will have to click a few buttons in the mod manager to get that content.

Is this a good or bad idea? I'm leaning towards "good" but I'm curious what other people think.
