I'm making this quick WIP release as a fix to a major problem I discovered yesterday. I updated to Windows 10 version 2004 (I think that was originally released end of August) and I encountered a bug where the mod manager would freeze up entirely, but it only happened if it tried to start up while on my second monitor.
I'm not sure why this is happening (maybe Microsoft introduced an incompatibility bug related to OpenGL), but I made a quick fix where the mod manager will always boot up on your primary monitor, and then automatically move to the other monitor (if its last position was there when quitting) after finishing its initialization process. That seems to have fixed the issue.
