Fluffy Manager v2.230 release - Framerate and CPU usage improvements

New Fluffy Manager release!

Or if you downloaded the previous work-in-progress build, then you can automatically update from that version by going selecting Downloads and selecting the new version.

Compared to the previous version I uploaded some days ago, this has one change, which is improvements to framerate and CPU usage. I had been using Sleep to free up CPU cycles but it turns out the Sleep function works in a very funky way. I had been using a Windows version for a long time where Sleep's minimum's duration was always 1 millisecond. Turns out that's something you can't rely on at all. I'm not sure why my Windows install was like that, but now as I've updated Windows to the very newest version, I notice its minimum length is usually 16ms (unless I mess around with timeBeginPeriod which Microsoft doesn't recommend unless you're making a demanding real-time application).

Having Sleep last that long messed up the main loop in the mod manager which could cause it to feel a bit stuttery (though I imagine it would be nigh-impossible to tell in most cases). Anyway, I rewrote that code so now it's capable of using Sleep with high durations. The end result is that the mod manager now should always feel smooth and responsive while still using a low amount of CPU.

When compared to the previous non-WIP release, this version has a lot of changes overall, mostly related to performance and bug fixes, with the biggest new feature being auto-updates and some modules of the mod manager becoming optional downloads (so the initial download of the mod manager itself is always small). You can look at previous posts about the mod manager to learn in detail about all the changes.

The problem is that it becomes that size when you boot it up? Or does it happen as you're using it? Do you know how to trigger the problem? I don't think I've seen the issue before.
