REtool v0.208 - Proper extensions for files with unknown filenames

This version will guess the extension for files with unknown filenames when extracting from PAK files. It does this by looking at the header data for the file data. This is useful for when you look at unused assets in an RE Engine game, or get a quick look at files before a proper filelist is generated for a new game or patch. If there's any extension anyone would want to get added, let me know.
