OpenXcom - FluffyMod v1.02

Here's a project I randomly ended up doing last few weeks. In preparation for a stream of X-Com: Terror from the Deep (streamed at twitch.tv/fluffyquack) I wanted specific quality-of-life features added (and some features that made it easier to watch the stream).

I don't think I'll do any more work on this as I wanted these specific features and that's it. It's similar to how I randomly added a few features to OpenLara earlier this year.

I added these features:

• Names above unit sprites (limited to first 10 characters or first name).
• "Hidden Movement" screen replaced with ingame graphics.
• Inventory screen, unit stat screen, and end turn screen now shows ingame graphics in the background (there's minor colour corruption due to palette changes during underwater missions in TFTD).
• Right-clicking the "select next soldier" button now selects the previous soldier.
• The unit name in the UI now also shows their rank.
• Damage numbers are displayed when units take damage (red for health, blue for stun).
• You can now hold space during dogfights to speed them up (5 times faster).

Some of these features can be toggled on/off in the config file (they all default to on):

• showIngameGraphicsBehindScreens
• namesAboveUnits
• ingameDuringHiddenMovement
• showDamageTaken
• showRankInBattlescapeUI

Installation instructions:

• Download and install OpenXcom (I recommend installing nightly build): https://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=Installing_(OpenXcom)
• Download FluffyMod: https://github.com/FluffyQuack/OpenXcom/releases 
• Extract FluffyMod to same location where OpenXcom is installed (so binaries are replaced).

The source code is available at the above Github link. I've made sure to write comments every place I've made changes, so it's easy to tell what changes are for what feature if there's anyone out there who wants to move these features to another fork of OpenXcom.
