Fluffy Manager v2.249 work in progress - Improvements to mod list navigation

Another work-in-progress release for v2.249 with these enhancements:
- You can now press letters and numbers on the keyboard while in the mod list to jump to mods starting with that character.
- Fixed alphabetical sorting for mod lists and other menus. Previous versions had a bug where entries with a "nameAsBundle" entry would not be listed alphabetically.
- Added a toggle in "Advanced options" for allowing mods to be installed/uninstalled while the game is running. Warning: Only use this if you know what you're doing. In most cases, this will result in errors (it will work in rare circumstances. Like most mods can be installed/uninstalled while in the main menu of an MT Framework game).
- The "Choose game" menu is now in alphabetical order.
- Minor bug fixes.
