This episode was insane but it did make some really good points about history and racism and how people view the two when it comes to a topic such a town flag or a team logo. and yeah like you pointed how, it was interesting seeing how Kyle and his team didn't really see color with the flag.

In the last three years the NFL team Washington Redskins (Washington Commanders) and the MLB team Cleveland Indians (Cleveland Guardians) changed their names for being inappropriate. South Park was ahead of its time again.

2023-10-18 23:14:35 +0000 UTCthe problem is the "history" and "tradition" they are preserving is a part of white supremacy, they may not realize how they are perpetuating part of a racist system, perhaps its subconscious. that said there are other ways to better remember our history and its through classrooms museums and books, not in things meant to be venerated like celebratory art music or statues, or in something meant to be revered like a flag.
