Next up for TPF Skyrim SE

Hey guys!

TPF for Fallout 4 was finally released a few days ago and is still being updated and polished. It's time for me to think about what's next for TPF for Skyrim SE.

The truth is that I'm somewhat burned out from modding Skyrim (I mentioned that before). I've come to the decision that I will take a full break from SSE until the start of the holidays on October 12th and then start working on TPF 3.6.

TPF User Survey

I already have some idea of where the journey goes but you can help me figure out what's next for TPF 3.6 by filling out this brief survey full of questions relevant to the future development of TPF. It is geared toward existing users who already played the setup; however, responses by people merely interested in TPF would certainly be useful as well!

My plans for 3.6

If all goes according to plan, there should be two major changes with 3.6:

As far as the content is concerned, I am planning to revamp the visuals (not sure how far I'll go there yet) as well as improve the current loot balance. CCOR is likely to be removed as is The Forgotten City. Which brings me to my next point...

TPF Forks and the almighty LOTD

Now that TitanBane is working on Elysium - A TPF Fork (which features many content mods including LOTD) and I'm taking over the Wabbajack installer, Lively's  TPF LOTD profile will be discontinued. Those looking for the full experience and all the new stuff are best off with Elysium while the v+ purists should be happy with the base TPF.

There is also at least one other fork in the works that should give TPF a different (heh) flavour so that even if certain mods vanish from the original setup, you should still have alternatives.

---

And that is everything! Please be sure to fill out the survey if you haven't already and join us on Discord for more discussions about the future of TPF.

Happy modding!
