Seth’s lust energy started slowly covering Katy’s insides, giving them a slight pink luster, starting with her womb and moving towards her other organs.

All Seth’s attempts at controlling and forcing the energy out of her body were met with failure, leaving him with no option but to consult with the system.

‘System, what the hell is going on?’

<Inconclusive. Katy’s human body is getting changed by host’s lust energy.>

‘Can we stop it? And why didn’t the same thing happen with the others?’

<The energies inside the other ascended stopped the process before it could even start, leaving the energy with no option but to remain stored inside a mark..>

<Since the lust energy has no combat properties, it had no way of fighting back, but since Katy is a simple human, devoid of any energy to protect her body, it’s now running wild inside her.>

Seth sighed and nodded, cleaning Katy and dressing her up before remaining by her side with a thoughtful expression observing the changes happening inside her body.

‘I can see it’s slowly changing her body, but I can’t tell if it will be a good or bad change… Can you tell what exactly it is doing to her?’

< It’s still too early in the process for a proper conclusion. The energy appears to be slowly draining the life energy keeping her physical body in shape.>

Seth frowned again and asked: ‘Draining her life energy? Doesn’t this mean her body will simply turn to ashes?’

<Normally, it would, but it also appears to be replacing that life energy.>

‘Should I try using destruction energy to remove the energy forcefully?’

<The procedure is too difficult without Caitlin’s help. If host forcefully removes the lust energy, the organs already affected will crumble, and she will die.>

“So I can only wait…” muttered Seth, knowing there was no way he could reach Endora before his energy completely took over Katy’s body.

Gently grabbing her hand, Seth continued observing her body transforming by her side.

The process took a long time, the hours slowly turning into days. Seth was initially worried if she could hold on without food, but the system informed him the lust energy was keeping her alive, so he just continued keeping an eye on her while asking the system to give him an update on his kingdom and the rest of the continent from time to time.

After one week, Katy’s internal organs were covered entirely in lust energy, and her skin, bones, and muscles also started glowing in the same pink sheen.

It took another week of silent waiting until the pink shade covering her body slowly disappeared. There were no apparent changes to her external appearance, but the system had already informed Seth that there was no life energy inside her body anymore.

As the system called it, she was no longer a human being but a being made entirely out of lust energy.

‘Will she wake up soon?’

<That would be the logical conclusion, but I can’t make any assumptions.>

‘At least she survived…’ thought Seth, continuing to wait patiently as he did until now.

It took another day until Katy’s hand, which Seth had barely let go for the entire two weeks, moved lightly.

Seth quickly stood up, gently moving the pink hair from her face and caressing her cheek. “Are you awake?”

Katy’s eyelids trembled with his question, opening to reveal the blood-red eyes Seth had not seen in more than two weeks. A relieved sigh left Seth’s lips, happy that at least she had woken up.

“How are you? Does anything hurt? Can you move?…” Seth bombarded the confused Katy with a series of questions.

Katy frowned, staring silently into Seth’s worried eyes for a moment before parting her lips and opening her mouth to speak.

“I’m fine?!” an uncertain answer left her lips as Katy slowly lifted her hands to look at them. “I feel fine, but at the same time… strange. What is going on?”

Seth bent over, hugging the still confused Katy tightly as he whispered in her ear: “As long as you’re fine… as long as you’re still you.”

His experience with the perception source made him constantly wonder if he had turned her into a mindless puppet or something of the sort.

Even not understanding what was happening, Katy still hugged Seth back, remaining like that for a while, before she asked: “Can you tell me what is going on? The last thing I remember is a sharp, burning pain coming from my belly….”

Seth nodded and tried to explain what had happened to her as best as he could. Still, she barely understood since she was a stranger to the world of the ascended and a simple girl with a superficial education.

“So, am I no longer a human, but also not an ascended? Then what am I?” asked Katy, a trace of fear in her voice as she started examining her body again.

Seth sighed and shook his head: “I don’t know. Whatever my lust energy did to your body, it’s no longer functioning as a human one, but at the same time, it is also not an ascended body… I’ll have to keep an eye on you for a while to understand what those changes mean….”

Katy remained silent for a long time, scrutinizing every inch of her new body, but she couldn’t find anything wrong or different.

‘What are you worrying about, Katy? Your body is already his to do as he wants to with.’ Thought Katy before looking towards Seth with a slight smile, intending to lessen his worry, only to see Seth staring at her with wide-open eyes.

Touching her face in panic, she asked: “Did anything happen?” ‘Oh no, don’t tell me my face somehow turned hideous? What if he doesn’t want me anymore?’

Seth’s eyes grew wider as he asked the system: ‘Are those… her thoughts?’

<Positive. The lust energy has changed the link between Katy’s soul and body. Since the soul usually communicates with the body through the life energy housed inside it, allowing people to move their mouths to speak, now that her life energy is gone, the lust energy has created a new link.>

< She’s communicating with you using lust energy, and since her body is made completely out of lust energy host can probably do the same. It will take some time for her to control it, but it’s not really an issue.>

Seth chuckled and quickly grabbed Katy’s hands onto his own: “Nothing happened with your face. It’s just that… you’re thinking out loud.”

Katy frowned, not understanding what Seth was saying, when Seth’s voice resounded in her head, his lips remaining motionless.

‘Like this. Do you understand now?’

Katy blushed and nodded. ‘It’s like he’s whispering inside me. That’s kind of… hot.’

“Oh no. I did it again.” Muttered Katy, her blush getting even more pronounced, making Seth chuckle and reply. “It is kind of hot, yes.”

The two spent an entire day more slowly analyzing the changes in her body. In the end, Seth discovered that she no longer needed any water, food, or sleep to replenish her energy, which would be good if not for the system’s inevitable conclusion.

<Sleep, food, and water replenish the life energy inside the cells. Now that her cells are made out of lust energy, she will feed by having sexual intercourse.>

Seth’s thoughts immediately went to a mythical demoness called succubus, which could be used to describe her new race completely.

With a bit of hope left of that not being the case, Seth had her eat some food, but Katy threw it up right after swallowing it.

‘Won’t this be an issue in the long run? Now I’ll have to be with her constantly.’ Asked Seth, knowing that it would not be easy to have Katy follow him everywhere he went.

< We’ll have to wait and see how things will unfold once she gets hungry or even how her hunger will manifest.>

With the system again not giving him an answer, Seth sighed and told Katy. “We’ve been here for two weeks, and we must move on. We’ll see how things go with time, but there’s no way I’ll leave you out of my sight until we figure out everything about the changes happening to your body. Are you ready to go and see your parents?”

Katy nodded, and they resumed their journey.

A few days later, the walls of the Wrath Capital appeared in their vision. During these four days of travel, Katy has not said anything about hunger, which somewhat relieved Seth of his worries. They also refrained from having sex during that entire time.

Katy looked thoughtfully at Wrath’s capital and asked: “What should I tell my parents?”

“You mean about the changes happening with you?” asked Seth. Once Katy nodded, Seth sighed and said: “I think it will be better to keep it a secret for now, at least until we know more about your condition ourselves.”

Katy remained silent for a while with her head lowered before turning towards Seth and saying: “Seth, can I see them alone? I want to explain some things to them before they meet you. My parents are simple people, who love the Wrath Kingdom, and I don’t know how would they react once they found out you are from another kingdom...”

Seth nodded and opened a portal leading right next to her house. “This will take you right next to your house. Call my name when you are ready to return, and I’ll open a new portal.”

Katy nodded and kissed his lips briefly before stepping into the portal.

Seth remained on the small hill overlooking the capital and waited patiently. A few hours later, the system informed him of Katy being done, and he opened a new portal.

Seeing a disheartened Katy walking out, Seth hugged her before asking: “What happened?”

Katy shook her head in his arms and said: “They don’t want to leave. They said this was their house, and they didn’t want to move. I asked them to at least meet you, but they declined again...”

“I see.” Seth sighed before asking: “What do you want to do?”

Katy removed herself from Seth’s arms and turned to look towards the capital once more. “I don’t want to leave them, but I also understand why they wouldn’t want to leave their home… I don’t know. What do you think I should do?”

Seth rubbed her head as he joined her in gazing upon the large city before replying: “That’s not a decision I can make for you, but whatever you intend to do, just know that I’ll help you. We can even kidnap them if you want to.”

Katy giggled lightly, tears welling inside her eyes as she rested her body on Seth’s. “That doesn’t sound bad…. But it is time for me to make my way forward. Let’s go, Seth.” Turning around, she kissed his lips fiercely.

After having her fill, she broke the kiss and continued: “I can always come back in case I miss them, but now I want and need to be by your side. Since they want to remain here, I’ll respect their wish. Don’t worry; I also made father promise that if someone asks to tell them, they don’t know anything about me.”

“Show me your home, Seth. I’m all yours now.”

“Understood, My Lady.” Replied Seth, wrapping his arm around her waist and teleporting away, leaving a pair of teardrops behind.
