A heads up about previews
Added 2024-12-01 02:21:44 +0000 UTCOkay folks a bit of an early warning.
Preview chapters will suspend for the month after AL4 publishes.
I was looking at January 1st for publication, but looks like I'll bump that up some. At the moment it might be just before Christmas. That'll help when you have to deal with family, and you don't want to. It'd also be a great way to spend gift cards.
Because of that the last week or so of December won't have chapters.
We'll pick up preview chapters in January for LV9: Blessed Nations.
Next year is when I'll be moving to a new rotation with a book being published on the 1st of every even month...LV9 should go out February 1st.
This does mean that I might end up skipping a preview chapter here or there if they'd conflict with a release.
So please keep that in mind as we continue for December and beyond.
To clarify for everyone. I've been pushing a book every 7 weeks on average which worked out to 7 books a year. This is a slightly slower pace at 6 books a year, but at a more defined release schedule.
And it's every other month, not every month.

2024-12-16 19:45:01 +0000 UTCI am impressed by readers skipping details and reading what they choose. Folks: He is planning six books a year, alternating months starting Feb 1st... That means Feb, April, June, August, October, and December

2024-12-02 11:32:30 +0000 UTCEven slowing down a bit to 6 books a year, that is a phenomenal pace. Many authors seem to struggle to get 2 books a year. I'm entirely not sure Daniel's reasons. If it is only to set up a more structured release platform, or to help with burnout. I'm all for this move and will continue to support him. Not knowing his process (whether to keep fresh to not burnout or just unload stories in his head) I would be more than ok if he didn't start another series after Lucky's is complete. Already having 3 other series going it would be a nice balance to have 2 books per series a year. Thanks for the amazing stories Daniel!

2024-12-01 04:30:15 +0000 UTCAs the others have said, I'm happy for more books, but please make sure you don't end up overworking yourself! Rather have less books a year than you not enjoying writing!

2024-12-01 03:23:53 +0000 UTCWhile I definitely look forward to that many releases next year, please don't burn yourself out with that schedule.

2024-12-01 02:32:13 +0000 UTCUnderstood but seeing as we know the title of the next book in the next series it brings up the question what is the title for AL4?
