Accessing the files

Hi all

I've checked my Patron exit surveys, and quite a few people seem to have jumped ship because they "didn't receive the benefits/rewards promised", or  " It was too hard to find or access my benefits/rewards" 

I'd just like to clarify where everything is to avoid this issue in future.  

STL files for the miniatures:

Each month I set up a link which has a tag of STL.  The previous link will be removed on the last day of the month and the new one uploaded once the billing has begun for the next month.  

There will only ever be one file with the STL tag, and that can be accessed from the Posts but is also set as a featured tag and so is visible from the home page as pictured below:

At the end of the month when the link is removed, I will send it to all eligible Patrons directly via Patreon's direct Message box, so you don't need to worry about catching the files before the folder is removed.  The link will remain active until the end of the following month (28-31 days month depending)

Starter Chest:

Underneath the STL featured tag pictured above, you'll see another which is the Starter Chest.  All STL eligible Patrons can access this folder.  The link expires at the end of each month and is renewed on the 1st of the month.  

Component Library:

The component library contains a load of OBJ files which you can use to modify your miniatures.  They can be converted to STL files and printed as is for modifying other miniatures too.  

The link can be found under the Component Library featured tag you can see above.    

As with the Starter chest, the link expires at the end of the month and is renewed on the 1st.  As I sculpt through the month, I will save items to this library so any weapons and accessories you see on the sculpts for the month will likely find their way into here.

I'm only human and still new to the Patreon game, and this month I did notice that I forgot to renew the starter chest link so there would have been about 10-12 hours where this was inaccessible.  If you notice a dead link please send me a reminder and I'll get it reinstated quickly.  unfortunately using expiring links is the only way to ensure fair access for paying Patrons so I hope you all understand.

i hope this helps to clear up location of rewards for everyone, but the main thing I would say is if you are having difficulty locating anything, please send me a message and I will be all too happy to help.  I don't want people leaving feeling like they have been sold short or have somehow lost out.
