Devlog #039

Hello everyone, we start the month with a new devlog with information about the next patch and what we are planning for this month of March. Finally, we feel that we are back to a normal routine after the worst months of the year for us (December and January and February at length).

• Writing

The episode, as you know, is now closed. It is almost 17k words long. Right now we are in the process of correcting it before sending it to translation. But this week it should go into translation if everything goes well.

We'll see how to deal with the correction of Witch Tales: Bone and Porcelain, now that it's in the programming phase. But first, we will have to have the episode and the minigame ready.

• Art

Although we had planned to combine progress on Chronicles and Witch Tales arts in parallel, we have readjusted the schedule after seeing the good reception of this patch. Launching it as soon as possible has become our main priority and that's why our next developments will go in this direction. When we finish the background of the room, we will start another one that is related to the main activity of the episode and that goes in line with the new swimsuits we have already shown you. Are you looking forward to seeing it? Any idea what it is about?

Then we will focus on the 3 CGs. We don't count on needing any additional art, but if we find a gap, it will be done after finishing with the unlockable images.

• Programming

Part of the episode is being programmed while it is being corrected, so we can say that about 30% of it is ready. It is possible that after closing as much as possible the chapter and waiting for the entry of more resources to place (images or translation), we will focus on making certain improvements for Witch Tales in the mini-game of the fatuous fires or we will return to work on the mini-game of the bedroom decoration that will be included in patch 12.1. We will inform you of all these little things in future updates.

Hola a todos, comenzamos el mes con un nuevo devlog con información sobre el siguiente parche y lo que planeemos para este mes de marzo. Por fin, sentimos que volvemos a una rutina de normalidad tras los peores meses del año para nosotras (diciembre y enero y febrero por longitud).

• Escritura

El episodio, como ya sabéis, ya lo cerramos. Tiene una extensión de casi 17k palabras. Ahora mismo estamos en proceso de corrección antes de enviarlo a traducción. Pero esta semana debería entrar en traducción si todo va bien.

Veremos cómo afrontar la corrección de Witch Tales: Hueso y Porcelana, ahora que está en fase de programación. Aunque apra ello, primero, tendremos que tener listo el episodio y el minijuego.

• Arte

Aunque habíamos planeado ir compaginando avanzar en artes de Chronicles y de Witch Tales en paralelo, hemos reajustado el calendario tras ver la buena acogida de este parche. Lanzarlo cuanto antes se ha convertido en nuestra principal prioridad y es por eso que nuestros próximos avances irán en este camino. Cuando terminemos el fondo de la habitación, comenzaremos otro que está relacionado con la actividad principal del episodio y que va en consonancia con los nuevos bañadores que ya os hemos mostrado. ¿Tenéis ganas de verlo? ¿Alguna idea de qué se trata?

Después nos centraremos en los 3 CGs. No contamos con que necesitemos más artes adicionales, pero si encontramos algún hueco, se hará tras terminar con las imágenes desbloqueables.

• Programación

Parte del episodio se está programando mientras que se corrige, por lo que podemos decir que más o menos un 30% del mismo ya está listo. Es posible que tras cerrar lo más posible el capítulo y esperando a la entrada de más recursos que colocar (imágenes o traducción), nos centremos en hacer ciertas mejoras para Witch Tales en el minijuego de los fuegos fatuos o que volvamos a trabajar en el minijuego de la decoración de dormitorios que se incluirá en el parche 12.1. Os informaremos de todas estas cosillas en próximas actualizaciones.
