September 2020 / Jailbreak! - Preview

 List of miniatures

This month's set comes with 2 halfling guards, 1 halfling thief, 1 halfling hole front, and 1 man-beast.

Intro

We do little campaigns that have a shared theme and that run over the course of 3-4 months.

This month kicks off not only our arrival at Patreon, but also the small tale of Seppi Sixfingers, a thief looking for an easy score, that finds an entirely different reality as he awakes in jail, and plunges head first into the fearsome claws of a werewolf.

Do you still have the link to this set?

Yes, the halflings are quite small and delicate... not sure what the printing issue is about, but using a nail clipper / scissors to remove the little lads from the supports (at least the one's close to the ankles) should do the trick.

That guy with the Scythe is cursed, not only did I manage to break both arms, a foot and his weapon on my first print of him, the second one failed in a really weird way. (sections in the middle of it came out flat) almost scared to try again with it.

Going to give it another crack now!

Lord Askanidog

This has been fixed now - sorry for the inconvenience!

Wyrm Forge

I shall look into this support issue and upload the file again.

I tried it again with some other thins i was printing and it came off in the exact same place again. like the support to the raft is stronger than the knee

Lord Askanidog

The same one that I Snap... :P this roguΓ© has feble knees...hope he don't break them running from the guard :)

Antonio Miguel Martorell Ferriol

The first 4 halflings were an absolute pleasure to print! I did snap the left foot off the rogue while removing supports but more because of my fat thumbs than anything, the others the supports just peeled away perfectly. Really looking forward to getting some paint on them

Lord Askanidog

HI Antonio, Thanks for the feedbac! We're planning to make thinner supports for the Halflings. Notw; i did cut mine with scissors, and that worked like a charm.

Wyrm Forge

I was able to print at the end (new in resin print so had to print 3 times to get it properly) but i had the same issue in all the prints...cutting the supports the feet break at the knee..it seems that in some (i had this in 2) its tooo slim (quite sure its me..but to hAve into account)... i found only 3 of the 5 hobbits of the newsletters...would have to search for them in usbs... hope you Deliver them Again here... amazing job...only missing th3 werewolf to print hope post pictures tomorrow today its ending and i need to cure them first
