I've been in a funk for a while, I actually lost a little will to draw after I got 2 Club Card pledges, then they bailed before the month was out.
I celebrated the notification prematurely with pizza, which I have not ordered for so long the call center don't have my number anymore. Never have I had such severe buyer's remorse over one hawaiian pizza.
Anyway, everyone gets a little treat.
In the zip is a comic page, you're all the first to see it, they won't get posted to galleries until I've completed all 8 pages.
It's not new, it's for my previous employer's artbook but I no longer felt an obligation after I left, kinda forgot about it then dug it up during New Year's cleaning. It is digital inking training, which given my cramp desk space, is a nightmare on my shoulder.
Speaking of desk space, I have a bunch of milestones I want to achieve this year, like mastering new software and upgrading stuff. Focus more on digital, make myself attractively employable again when I've run out of savings.
Anyway, next week, more Golden Apple Pie pages and hopefully I complete the Dining and Dishery set. Sense a theme here? I yearn for treats and tidbits, it's been months of boxed rice and instant noodles.
