Cerberus stereotypes

The storyboard's roughed out, have some main characters concepted, finally found music I can work with though it's far from ideal ('Girl from Ipanema', gonna keep looking. Don't know if greek elevator muzak actually exists)
Problem is I'm stuck. Thought I'd share this here instead of FA or DA, keep it a surprise from the public for now.
The short involves a Cerberus, the 3 headed dog of Hades, that doesn't look like a regular Cerberus.
I'm one gag short.
I've got spiked collar and chewing on souls, need one more physical / prop gag before the punchline.
Thoughts, anyone?
