Q: Tigery look for foreigners
Added 2016-04-26 21:18:05 +0000 UTCI have an e-book project that I've been charting since 2008, inspired by a Spanish Art Director's first time in Malaysia. It's a guidebook, you will all have a test copy once I've put together a few pages.
For now I'm concepting some artwork. I want to represent every character in this ebook as tigers, the country's animal mascot. Malay tiger, chinese tiger, indian tiger, even foreigner as a white tiger (lighter stripes). In the context of the book, it's about fitting in with the local flavors.
Question is, if you're a person of color or ethnic minority , would you like to have a representative (jaguar, panther, other big cats), or the information and trivia outweigh visuals?
