After using Paige as his personal punching bag for what was probably a couple more hours, Hal got the info that she offered.

Paige gave Hal a number, connected to a mysterious figure called 'The Owl', the owner and operator of an underground arena called only 'The Drain'.

Much to Hal's surprise, as he rang the number, the voice on the receiving end almost seemed to know him. Was The Owl expecting him? It didn't matter. Hal was offered a deal - a guarenteed spot on the ladder of the WTO's rookie segment. The first male in a world of genetically enhanced, super titboxers! Of course, nothing in this world is free, and Hal would have to put on a GOOD show to impress The Owl.

He received a time and a place. Told to come alone, Hal ventured out to The Drain to earn his spot.
