MLP S8 stuff, and MLP stuff going forward

I was aware of the season leak but I only caught bits and pieces, saw some of the rough-dubbed episodes. Some of S8's proper episodes aired on TV are slowly making their way online, and so far it looks like a slice-of-life season?

Feels like there's very little I can pick at this season that fits my narrow scope for exotics and villainesses (unless I start down a downward spiral and lewd the Friendship School kiddies, slippery slope of cubporn, or the old mares and possibly start a sub-fetish for grampones).

Maybe there were more that I didn't see. Were there leaks from the season finale? That usually has a villain or catastrophe. If S8 is slow, I don't have a lotta things to pick from until S9.

In general it feels I'm slowly running outta things to pick from the animated series. That leaves few other options:

The IDW comics, unpopular and treated as non-canon but I love that shit, specially the Fiendship origins and darker story arcs. The Umbrums ain't never gonna make it to TV.
Pick through the movie artbook, like prototype Tempest or GB a Storm Queen
Do the dragons?
Do more Hipps?
Do some G5 speculating
Start on a Celaeno comic I've drafted, which may not be generally accepted as it will feature my barely-used D-Dog as self-insertion is often derided (just to play on the whole piratey salty-dog pun)

If the leaked timeline to Movie #2 and G5 is anything to go by, it's gonna be at least a year of hiatus until S9.

Outside of MLP, I want to put some time into Adventure Time seeing as it will end in 2018. I guess Lady Rainicorn is kinda horse-related?
