UPDATE #1: It's been over 12hrs since my checkup, and started on a few doses of antibiotics. Have to take 3 a day. Unfortunately it's not off to a good start.
Took a tab of the perscribed painkiller, Dicloran, but it's doing little. Still hurts enough to distract me from arting. The kind of I-sometimes-feel-my-heartbeat-in-teeth pain and I'd have to sit still for a few mins until it passes.
I can only take the painkiller with meals, have 9 tabs left and have to pace it out until the next appointment coming Thursday. Maybe it'll get better as I continue taking my medicine, cannot say for sure though.
As such, I'm not confident I can make the delivery on 5th, tomorrow, in my timezone.
Regrettably, I'm going to be extra late. Here is my thoughts on the situation:
Until whenever my condition improves, thank you for your patience.
--------------------
It's worse than I thought, I've already been forewarned abut a dark patch years ago, but I didn't know there was a SECOND decay on the other side, which I can't see in the mirror. Reason it didn't bother me as much as it should, over the years, is because the right side of my face is slightly numb and palsied. Would probably hurt a shit lot more in a regular fellow.
The lack of ARGHFFFFFSHIT pain meant I could ignore it much longer, not knowing it's worse than it feels.
So I've got 2 choices, either a root and a crown, or an extract and implant. Both costing roughly the same, both taking about the same 2+ months to complete. Both I can afford with enough saving.
For now, I have painkillers and antibiotics. Enough to tamp the pain and get shit done. I should be able to make delivery. on the 5th
I expect a 3rd pause for recovery.
