Not immediately, I have maybe another year.

Here's the summary of it: A baby is coming and that means I'm going to be both babysitter and reluctant uncle.

Slightly more context: Sis is getting married in 2019, don't know when exactly, and is determined to procreate. As a career-minded person, she'll likely offload childcare to the gramps. Her fiancee is Indian, if she continues to work in Singapore, sending the tyke to India will result in round-trip flights every weekend.

That leaves the logical conclusion of my folks and I in Malaysia, just neighboring Singapore. I fit into this as "You're there anyway, so why not bloody help out?"

There's probably gonna be a lot of crying and feeding for the first year and since I prefer to work nights (american daytime), that means I'll get roped into night-time babysitting.

All this is time consuming, frequent long breaks between arting to check diapers, soothe or make a bottle. And the crying, the one thing that grinds my nerves, and the lack of sleep.

Until the little fella is 2-3, don't need as much attention and can live with my sister and an 'amah', I don't think I'll have the time to fulfill any kind of quota.

In the absence of Patreon, I will probably make my living taking commissions at American standard wage of $15 an hour, 3-4 comms a month should cover my bases and contributions, and put more work on Zodihavoc comic and merchandising

For me to continue Patreon-ing I'll need to be as far away from babysitting as possible. That means getting an apartment somewhere with shops and services nearby. Comes to about $800 a month for rental, amenities, laundry and food and no streaming, relying on my phone's data as mobile hotspot to upload files. $900 if I want to register for unlimited high-speed fibre internet, pull a line, rent modems, all for regular streaming.

My town is not a cheap place to live in.

Then I'd have to commit to renting the place for a whole year.

So staying put and playing Uncle seems the most financially viable. I've suffered through 10 years of non-stop construction noise, what's 1 year of sporadic bawling?

Art will still continue post-Patreon. Bulk of it will be commission work, some personal stuff here and there, very light on the lewds and nudes because I have no reason to regularly do them anymore. The world won't end at the lack of my horsetits.

I could also turn this to charge-per-post and put stuff out at my own snail-pace, but then it'd have to be some pretty exclusive heavy-duty hardcore smuttery to make it worthwhile. Maybe get kinky.

The future is not written yet, things can still change. I haven't explored fulltime hard lewding yet, might make a difference. And who knows? Maybe where my sister works will have some kind of daycare.
