Feb inside look / Reasons for tier adjustments

As it's only my second time using THE PAUSE, I hoped it worked. You should not receive a charging notice.

Though I'm skipping the month, I should post some kinda update anyway, to show I've got things working. That's all I've got so clearly I'm not meeting quota, specially on T&A.

The second thing, I feel I should explain my need to up the tier rates. First is the underselling bit, that I'm criminally cheap for what I can do, and right you are.

The other reason is: Cintiq

I've been dreaming about getting one for over 10 years, and I'm finally so close to it. In a month or 2.

This is game changer, it opens up digitally drawing. I could, technically, draw with my Intuos but it's very, VERY slow, inefficient, with sooooo much rotating. A Cintiq may not fully eliminate my need to rotate, it would lessen its need and it would feel more like traditional. Monitor-tablet-hand-eye-coordination is not very good for linework.

With a Cintiq, I could more efficiently do:

• animation: clips, loops and shorts. I've always wanted to do some.
• live drawing: not just coloring inkwork anymore and can take in-stream requests
• visual novels / interactive storybooks: cloning character art with expression tweaks is easier digitally
• catch trends faster: just boot up and doodle away

Doesn't mean I'll completely abandon inking, it opens up more avenues for me to art.

With so much more that I can offer, I feel that I should adjust tiers to match. I could add more tiers but I have enough trouble as it is maintaining 3.

To be fair to all, after I get the Cintiq, I'll maintain old rates as I get to grips with new technology. After I've mastered it I'll adjust the rates and add new rewards accordingly.
